On Nanotsu-dori. Come out of Tenjin station and walk towards the sea. Cross Showa dori and keep going. Follow the curve of the road around to the right, past "Shopper Daiei". On your left you will see a park (Suzaki koen) Cross the park diagonally towards the sea. The museum (not the most prepossessing of buildings) will be ahead of you.
