Nisseki Dori (Qjmp: 19017)
Niiseki dori stretches from the end of Watanabe dori (Tenjin) down to Ohashi in the south. Niiseki means "Red Cross" and, unsurprisingly enough the Red Cross hospital is sited off it. There are numerous businesses, apartments and a few restaurants and bars.
